Chris was a co-founder of the formerly public company Invest Technology Group, which brought one of the first successful dark pools to the trading community. He was an Executive Vice President of State Street Corp., and a member of the Office of the Chairman at State Street Global Advisors. There he ran the Private Asset Management business, and also founded State Street Brokerage Services.  He pioneered optimized tax-efficient portfolios, and was on the team that developed the first Exchange Traded Fund.  ETFs are now a $10 trillion market globally. Later he founded Hastings Equity Partners, which has now launched five private equity funds
